Introducing Power Up 2 Play

Oxfordshire FA is proud to be working with Power Up 2 Play to provide education and awareness of injury prevention to our grassroots football community.
Power Up To Play is a charity initiative set-up by medical professionals. Their aim is to improve young player welfare in grassroots sport through prevention of serious knee injuries - an aim we're only to happy to support.
Youth knee injuries requiring surgery have increased 29 fold in last 20 years. 50% of these could be prevented by the regular use of a simple warm-up programme. Protect children in sport by getting involved.
